Financial Policy / Information

Financial options are discussed during the initial visit. Our doctors and staff are committed to providing excellent care and guide patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard, American Express and Interact.

Pre Pay Courtesy

A pre-payment courtesy of 2% will be subtracted from the total obligation if the entire treatment plan balance is paid in full by cash or cheque at least 48 hours before the start of treatment.

Credit Card

You may choose from any of the following (including a combination thereof): Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

3 Parts Payment

With this option, after an initial down-payment of 50%, you will make another payment of 25% one month later and the 25% balance another month later.

Payments will be made with post-dated cheques, given on the day of your intervention.

Third-Party Financing

With fast approval from a third-party finance company, your payments can be very low. Medicard specializes in helping patients obtain the treatment that they need. We will help you process the necessary information.

Dental/Medical Insurance

Your insurance is a contract between your employer and an insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the insurance company.

Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Before any planned procedure, we will provide you with a pre-determination form to submit to your insurance company; this will allow you to know in advance what portion of the fees will be covered. After each treatment is complete, you will be given a claim form to recover the appropriated amount from your insurance company. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge you to read your insurance policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and any limitations of the benefits provided.
